Trip to Keystone

We had a wonderful weeklong trip to Jamie's parents' condo in Keystone, CO. So many fun things!!! It was 100% different from the vomitfest last year. haha!

The kids were great on the plane this year. They watched out the window and then basically sat and watched movies with headphones on. It was so nice and relaxing.

A big surprise for Kacey was a horse drawn sleigh ride, complete with hot chocolate.

David's big surprise was a big train ride!! It was an hour long and went up a canyon and then back down. He was mesmerized.

Babu gave David his train set from when he was a kid.

Jamie taught Kacey to ski and she did it for four days!

David and cousin Ria got along famously.

There was lots of downtime, family time.

Horse Camp

For Christmas, we got Kacey horse back riding lessons at Tom Sawyer Camp. We then got info on a 3 hour Horse camp during Christmas week so we went ahead and signed her up. I just told her we were going to a surprise. This is when she realized where she was going.

Christmas 2013

We had a lovely Christmas this year. The best part was Jamie having 2 weeks off!! So we got to do a lot of things with daddy.

The kids got to decorate a mini Christmas tree.

Kacey made this train for David. I was very impressed with all the cutouts she did. Each wheel has a cutout in the train and a separate round wheel. She then taped it all together.
